Love tabletop games like cards, board games, dice games, tabletop RPGs? So do we! That’s why we were delighted to learn that International TableTop Day is the first day of our
Gulf Coast MakerCon event this year! So, in collaboration with Suncoast Skirmishers, we decided to incorporate a Tabletop Day event into our Maker festival.
Inspired by the Wil Wheaton (yes, THAT Wil Wheaton) hosted YouTube gaming show TableTop on the Geek & Sundry entertainment network, Tabletop Day is a celebration for all the fans of tabletop gaming. “A single day where the whole world is brought together in a common purpose of spending time together and having fun. ”
We think it’s a perfect complement to our weekend celebration of the DIY Inventive Spirit! So if you love to play tabletop games, or love to make them, join in with us Saturday, April 5th, in our Tabletop Day corner, in our Gaming section at Gulf Coast MakerCon! Bring your own games or play some of ours! Suncoast Skirmishers will have some great games set up for you to learn about and enjoy.
Early Bird registration runs through Feb. 28th and is just $30 for a Family/Friend 4 pack of tickets, or $15 per person, for both days.
Individual advanced tickets for children ages 5-12 are just $8 for both days. Children under age 5 are free!
Ticket costs at the gate, the day of the event, will be $15/day adults (13+); $8/day for kids ages 5-12. So get your Early Bird tickets soon. We’ll Make Your Day!
