Another of our legacy exhibitors, Tampa Bay Inventors Council has always been part of Gulf Coast Maker Con and we’re delighted they’re joining us for this year’s Gulf Coast Maker & Comic Con on March 24, at St. Petersburg College- Seminole Campus. Wayne Rasanen, president of TBIC, tells us more about the group.
The Tampa Bay Inventors Council is a 35 year old non-profit in the Tampa Bay area with the mission of inventor education, networking and inventors helping inventors. We meet 22 times a year to talk about issues around patenting, inventing, marketing and publicity plus share opportunities that may help inventors get rewarded for their innovations.
As the TBIC President for the past 12 years, I will be showing my one-handed Bluetooth keyboard called DecaTxt that won an international R&D 100 Award last November. At this event I will be revealing the new look for the keyboard and getting feedback from people on how we can make it even better.
Please stop by and give it a test spin and tell me what you think. You can see what the current version looks like at www.decatxt.com and be sure to check out our Inventors Council site at www.tbic.us!
