You can add your makerspace, hackerspace, creative space, community garden, co/op, community classrooms, classes, art or music studio, equipment, or any other related skills, talents, or spaces that are non-profit in nature, open for use, sharing or trading (no for-profit service listings, please)
The Gulf Coast Makers Consortium Directory will be publicly available here, and we hope becomes a Sharing Economy resource for the Gulf Coast area!

Knowledge & Skills Makers
AlligatorZone – Tampa Bay – where kids meet cool startups. Youth and kids learn problem-solving through direct interaction with startups and their products, in a shared experience with their parents. It’s a program held at select public libraries, for kids of age 7 – 17. It’s a startup event for the entire family.
Code for Tampa Bay – Tampa/St. Pete – Coders for the Greater Good – meets 1st Monday of every month at the HIVE at John F. Germany Library, organizes National Day of Civic Hacking each summer and works on various civic engagement projects.
Flow Arts/Technical/Assembly – Tampa – “I would like to help in any way possible. Hillsborough County Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES) – Tampa – ARES is a field organization of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL), the largest amateur radio advocacy and fraternal organization in the United States. ARES provides the organization and guidance to help amateur radio operators to establish local emergency communications volunteer groups.

The Foundry at Land O’Lakes Public Library – Land O’ Lakes – Public library makerspace with mechanical workshop and arts center, 3D printers, power tools and more.
The HIVE at John F. Germany Library – Tampa – A 10,000 sq. ft. public makerspace on the 3rd floor of the downtown main library branch with robotics center, recording studio and media lab, collaborative workspaces, arts center, and more.

Largo Public Library ideaLAB – Largo Public Library’s ideaLAB is a place to develop creative ideas, try new technologies, and experiment in an educational and fun environment. Each month, library staff members prepare special programming using the ideaLAB tools provided by the Greater Largo Library Foundation. All classes are limited to 8 participants.
